BEFORE YOUR BEGIN, PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING:
You must fill out the following registration information each time you access the online plant on an hourly basis. Additionally, you may enter the username and password of your choice, but be aware that you must always select a different username and password for each new registration.
When you have completed the registration and when your payment has been accepted, you will be transferred to a login page where you will use the username and password that you selected for the session. Be prepared to begin your search immediately as the time clock on your specified block of time will begin to run immediately and will run until your time expires.
Please note that you will find there are two separate databases available once you have logged in. Select Pre 2000 for postings from 1959 through March 31, 1999 OR Post 2000 for postings from April 1, 1999 to the present.) Document images are available only in the Post 2000 database and only on documents filed from June 1, 1999 to the present. You may search by various fields including Legal Descriptions, Grantor/Grantee Names, Document Types, Filing Dates, or a combination of several of these fields.
